Well i noticed that this server's boss timers were way off from dodian's so i found a boss timer from dodian i downloaded when i played it and the times for each boss are way off..the real times are:
Dad- 150 seconds Nechryael- 300 seconds Ice Queen- 250 seconds San tajolan - 250 seconds Black knight titan- 250 seconds Ungadulu - 250 seconds Mourner - 150 seconds Avatar of magic- 125 seconds Black Demon- have no clue its not on the timer o.o

Dont tease me with your cookies.. lol i just dont like waiting 500secs for each boss and like 700 for nech....:\ lol then i seen that and i tested it on everyboss the closest one is 30 seconds away..and thats san lol:)

Timers are increased because of item rarity. Apparently too many people were getting the higher drops from Boss NPCs and so they won't be classed as 'rare' or 'able to sell' as nearly everyone will have it.
Timers will probably not be decreased, but good luck getting what you want.
