[Added] Full Agility

Yeah, we have the gnome agility course, but it's quite slow.

I think we should have an npc that teleports you to the wilderness agility course [Provided you have 52 agility first.] where the gnome agility exchanger is also there, and you get double tickets. This course should be made a safe zone to keep people from QQing if they die and lose tickets and/or items.
